GUIDELINES

We ask everyone to be respectful and steer away from drama and toxicity. One thing we do not tolerate is unnecessary drama brought into the group chat that has nothing to do with the group. to ensure we create this respectful and reliable environment, we have created some ground rules that must be followed. (Each person gets 3 strikes before they are booted from the group.)

  1. BE RESPECTFUL. We understand that we all make jokes and laugh together, but if someone is offended or is clearly uncomfortable with certain jokes and phrases please refrain from making those jokes. Respect yourself and those around you, and we shouldn’t have to say it but treat people the way you want to be treated.

  2. BE WELCOMING. New people will join the group as we grow and expand, it is up to the admins and everyone who chose to be part of this growing community to welcome newcomers and make them feel at home and comfortable. No one should feel like an outsider, we all know what it’s like so let's be kind and courteous.

  3. NO DRAMA. This really shouldn’t have to be said, but with the way things have been, it’s being said. Do not bring drama to the GC. Don’t stir drama with anyone in the group, and don’t bring someone else’s toxic behavior to the group. Our job is to maintain a respectful and safe environment that is free of toxicity. If you have a major and recurring issue with someone, bring that issue to any of the admins and get it resolved behind the scenes. However, this doesn’t mean bringing all of your problems to the leaders. If the issue can be resolved between two individuals, be adults and squash it respectfully.

  4. NO MINORS. Due to the fact that we have many NSFW topics/mentions, we DO NOT ALLOW MINORS. Which brings us to our next rule...

  5. RESTRICT NSFW TALK. The group is not a space for lewds or a place for constantly talking about inappropriate topics. Please be adults and have more professionalism. If you wouldn’t do it in public, don’t do it in a group. This is not to prohibit lewd conversations, but to tell you to know when to control yourself. Exorcise temperance. Not everyone is an adult, and not everyone is comfortable with sex talks or vulgar language.

  6. NO GC SITTING. ( If you are active on your TL and GC, but do not contribute anything to the SL (Rts and Likes do not count as contributing.) You will be removed. Everyone must contribute to all SLs unless you have something else going on IRL.

  1. SL activity and interactions. At the end of the day, the group was created for SLs and interaction. If you’ve joined to have a conversation with your friends and nothing else, please take that to Discord. If you are not participating in SLs nor bothering to interact with people in the group outside of the GC, then there's no reason for you to be in the group. Everyone is required to participate in all SLs unless they are busy with IRL. If you omit this rule, you’ll be removed.

  2. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you genuinely don’t find any interest in a certain SL, let it be known and you can choose to abstain from the SL. However, you can not do this every SL. Your contribution is what you bring to SLs, not conversations. (Abusing this will count towards GC Sitting which results in removal.

  3. Inactivity. If you are inactive for three consecutive weeks, then you will be removed from the group chat. You will be given three warnings. If it’s been a week, expect a leader to reach out and see about your situation and hopefully come to a resolution. The second week is a final warning. The third week is removal.

  4. ==SL PRACTICES THAT WE ENCOURAGE (It’s not a RULE.)==: During Sls, writers are free to pursue their own mini SLS within any large Sls or even outside of SLs. Don’t limit yourselves and exorcise your creative freedom. Many stories have the main story and multiple interesting side stories or B storylines. No one is going to tell you, No. You have the right to tell your character’s own personal story and gain character development from it. Don’t wait for leaders to tell you what to do, be a leader and take charge of your story.

in the aftereffect of ESCHATON, the Supreme God Maitreya reunified all of the continents to create the supercontinent recognized as Pangea. his efforts to govern the new epoch as the supreme deity fell when he was betrayed by Sephiroth in his pursuit of the POSTVITUM. following the fall of sephiroth, the world begins to adapt to what it is forced to become. lifestream supplements the planet, increasing its density and enchanting its resources. magic has become prominent and easily accessible through Materia.What is Materia? Materia is crystallized mako. Metaphysically, materia calls upon the wisdom of the lifestream to manipulate nature manifesting as the phenomenon of magic for most materia, although other materia enhance the user's abilities.Lifestream, also known as spiritual energy, is an ethereal substance that streams beneath the surface of the planet of Gaia. The lifestream is a green or blue effervescent and luminescent liquid substance that exists inside the planet. In liquid form, it is mainly stagnant and forms pools of mako. When active, lifestream appears in waves or threads and can erupt through the ground. Earthquakes may reveal large deposits of pure lifestream.In this new era, most humans possess mystic abilities, nevertheless, those who do not possess magical abilities still exist in the world. A new religion rises to coincide with the old christened Cetraism ( Lamps of Minerva ) with Buddhism becoming more prominent in rejoinder to Maitreya and Sephiroth’s influence.Compelled to come together in the face of Annihilation, the United Nations is born with the world president possessing the highest authority of power. Based on democracy, the new era follows a progressive era with magic and technology being treated as the future of the world. The economy has suffered but is slowly being corrected and adjusted to suit Pangea better.The world has undergone great changes after the battle between Sephiroth and Sung Jin-woo, sparking a new age of peace and prosperity. However, it was not only prosperity that came from the conclusion of POSTVITUM, but an entirely new opportunity. Spatial rifts connecting to infinite universes appeared in every universe across the endless number of worlds, allowing for multiversal travel. Though, it wasn’t all good news as it opened doors for the advent of evil across an infinite Multiverse.

Korea: Seoul, South Korea, separated from Japan by Mo-Ri Jin’s Yeoui, exists as the capital city of the World Government, home to the World, President Minos. It is also the source of crime as Materia demand increases. In response to the crime rates, Minos and Obi-Wan Kenobi founded a new World Wide Police Force to respond to paranormal crimes dubbed AHJIN!Japan: RESTRICTED TERRITORY.
Beneath the once bustling country of Japan, a city for the wicked exists. It was named Demon City, though, after Persephone, who brought order and claimed the city, it was renamed Macaria. The land above, however, falls to Gorr the God Butcher!Minoan Kingdom: A World Government state once ruled by the benevolent King, Minos.World Magic Council: NOVA ALEXANDRIA: A World Government Branch situated in Europe, another World Government territory. It is the home of innovation, sorcery, and technology.STORMKARLEN: Not much is known about this location. But is not a territory belonging to the World Government.ATLANTIS: An island between North America and Nova Alexandria ruled by Poseidon.

VIII. AMERICAS

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:
After #POSTVITUM, a mysterious group of individuals with their sight on the future sought to capitalize on the opportunity that lay before them. With the country in disarray, it did not take too long for them to rise to power thanks to the influence they amassed during the times of the Promised Land.Technology to harvest the Lifestream and convert it into Mako Energy came later on; replacing the energy sources of the old world. The country functioned thanks to this new energy, with its untapped fountain being the planet itself.An era of grandeur came to the USA for two years, going as far as to claim the territory that was known as Canada in order to exploit the natural resources of the relatively untouched land.On the other side of the coin, while the economy, work, and quality of life have greatly improved for most citizens, turmoil lies in the lower parts of American society; with theories and rumors spreading wildfire. Whispers speak of secret experiments done on the marginalized and the ostracized by society in secret labs. Though without resounding proof, the ones in a less privileged position can't help but dread the veracity of these conspiracy theories.

STORYLINES

with jin-woo hearing the information about the king minos, it came to his idea that he'd free the last king from his shackles and recruit him. and thus, with the technology of HANAMI, they were able to locate the entrance of hell in which they'd find the king but still have issues pinpointing the exact location. nearby, they find the Father of History, HERODOTUS, who manages to aid them in their rescue mission.andso, jin-woo and his team enter the lust layer of hell ready to explore the civilization that existed long before their consciousness even existed.

awakening from her slumber, the Egyptian goddess, Sekhmet decimated the country of egypt in distaste. upon evaluating the state of the world, the Eye of Ra decided to test humanity, choosing the bahamas as the field for her trial. summoning all beings upon the planet to the bahamas, she forced each one to clash with each other using her divine might. in this endeavor, the goddess sought to weed out the weak and reward the strong for her new world. thus, initiating a CULLING GAME!

with the chaos ensued by Sekhmet’s #CULLINGGAME, Sang Majin had successfully obtained a great sum of life energy to finally enact his goal. however, it requires just a little bit more energy before he can revive the supreme god and seize its power for himself. in this endeavor, he sends out the forces of OBSIDIAN to wreak havoc upon the world in an endeavor to distract the heroes and pursue the ancient ruins of the buddha’s sanctuary beneath Seoul.

two years prior, the world came to an end in the event dubbed #ESCHATON. At the hands of Mandeok Sang & #OBSIDIAN, everything collapsed. worst of all, Mandeok awakened the very being that reconfigured the entire world in his image: the Supreme God Maitreya.at the hands of maitreya, earth was forever changed as it now resembled the era of Pangea. not only has pangea been revived but the heavenly realm and the underworld both have been pulled from their dimensions and merged with earth. now, the planet is overrun with demons and gods aiming to annihilate one another in what the prophecies called Armageddon.

following Sephiroth's victory during the events of #GENESIS, heaven was brought to earth by the One-Winged Angel. defects of the old world such as sin, malice, and the memories of it.however, such things could never be fully destroyed. they could only be hidden, stored away inside a rotten existence manipulated to serve as a vault: Minos Hatred.with those purified by sephiroth's will joyously living in heaven, a selected few, who could not be cleansed of the influences of the old world, were imprisoned inside of minos hatred; where they had to battle their way out to unveil the dark secrets of this Promised Land.

In an alternate universe, the Shogunate persisted and uncovered nuclear weapons before the rest of the world, they monopolized it, leaving the rest of the world unable to harness that same power. With this power, the Japanese imperialized the rest of the world and eventually conquered the entire galaxy. While the Shogunate influenced the Galaxy, there were parts their influence did not reach, thus sparking an age of lawlessness, allowing for the rebirth of Pirates, Bounty Hunters, Cowboys, Mercenaries, and more.

Born again at the hands of Mercurius, Antares was given a second chance to wreak havoc. Gathering new and old monarchs, he launched an attack on the planet.

THE OMNIVERSE

The omniverse, a concept far too grand for any mortal mind to comprehend surprisingly holds a rather simple foundation. It's due to its grandiosity that the seeker is blinded to how it came to be.A tree and a lake. Unmeasurable, unreachable, indestructible. Nevertheless, a tree and a lake are what started what we call the cosmos. Many names have they been given, and many more misconceptions have been made around them by the divine who could witness mere branches and droplets of water that were believed to be the trunk of the tree or the vast lake, and the mortals; who were influenced by the judgment of these higher beings.The Tree of Life, from which the very aspects of birth and death have stemmed from. Its immeasurable branches, spreading to places where meager concepts like light could not follow served as different universes, each of these branches bearing fruits like no other. Fruits, which the common mind would call a universe. If the fruit were to be a universe, then the branches served as the bridge that connected them all, thus creating a multiverse per branch. All varying from the other, but maintaining a core for they all stemmed from the same trunk.Like any tree, it required gardeners to take care of it. These entities, all different from each other, shaped and contributed in some way to the state of the tree that continues to grow even in the present time. Through their combined efforts, four aspects stand above all else. These aspects rule the creation, and from it come all others utilized in the shaping of the world known to man. These are:Life.
Order.
Chaos.
Death.These four concepts repeat and manifest in different ways through the cosmos; giving birth to many beings of extraordinary might that represented them to a lesser degree. Confined to the universe that gave birth to them. The cluster of these beings would later receive a name that fell within mortal reason. Pantheons.Underneath its branches, there's a lake that defied reason, as it was defined by man, for it is from the lake that such a concept stems. This was the Lake of Knowledge. IItswater, of unnatural clarity carried within the fate of each of these universes, their dreams, and the tales they would tell, from their first star to their last. The caretaker of this lake was given the task of purifying the waters at the sight of corruption, a side effect of some of the gardeners' meddling, which attributed to the birth of CHAOS. This caretaker was an entity who would come to be known by many names given by those he interacted with within each of these branching universes: either through the dreams that'd shape them into men who'd dictate the life of a planet through their achievements or by him inserting himself to become a catalyst for change to accelerate a process. —————.When a universe dies a fruit of the tree withers away, a phenomenon followed by its fall from it. At times, it is due to the abnormal meddling of the gardeners that seek to reshape the balance created that these fruits prematurely fall; dooming them to the waters of the Lake. The immersion of these fruits into the crystal waters of the Lake would drown the cosmos symbolized by the fruit in knowledge, driving every inhabitant of it into madness. Madness is induced by the knowledge of the truth behind creation, and the demise that awaits this universe. To avoid this, a great divide of cosmic energy separates the Keter where the branches and their fruits reside, and the waters of the Lake. This grand division is called many things, the mysterious Veil, the Edge of Creation, and the Source Wall among others.The tree exudes vitality like no other. In some universes, this vitality displays in numerous ways. The Cosmic Power, Ki, Chakra, the Lifestream, the Force. All with their conjectures and differences due to other factors stemming from the universes they manifest in, but regardless of the uses of this power they are products of the Tree of Life and the Lake of Knowledge.
